Title : Principal Architect-Oracle HCM

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Solution Design : Architect comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, and other modules, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry best practices.
• Implementation Leadership : Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices.
• Technical Expertise : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. Be able to do POCs to demonstrate the capabilities.
• Data Migration : Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing necessary controls and measures.
• Performance Optimization : Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting : Address and resolve technical issues related to implementations, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.
• Training : Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
