Key Responsibilities
- Lead and design integration solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM using Oracle APIs, middleware, and cloud-based tools.
- Develop and implement secure and scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
- Utilize Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data transformations and integrations.
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services for HCM data exchange.
- Architect solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud (Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, APIs) to support hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop data pipelines and ETL solutions using Informatica Cloud Integration Hub and IICS/IDMC for seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to HR and employee data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and its integration capabilities.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Web Services, and Middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, and APIs. Azure certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) and ETL processes for HCM data transformations.
- Coding skills: Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL for integration development and automation.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience working in large-scale HR digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in Oracle HCM Cloud.
