What You’ll Do
- Write and refine UX copy for new products, features, and optimizations—from microcopy to content frameworks.
- Define and maintain voice, tone, and content style guides to ensure consistency across experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and brand strategists to align content with user needs and business goals.
- Use research, data, and best practices to craft clear, accessible, and inclusive content.
- Present your work with confidence and advocate for content-first design in a fast-moving, agile environment.
- 5 years of UX copywriting or content design experience in digital products.
- Strong storytelling skills with a clear POV on voice, tone, and clarity.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma, CMSs, and documentation tools.
- A knack for collaboration—you enjoy working with cross-functional teams and iterating based on feedback.
- A portfolio that demonstrates impact on user experience through content.
- Experience in fintech or financial services.
- Familiarity with content design systems and frameworks.
- Experience working on complex, multi-phase projects.
- English-dominant UX copywriter; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
