What You’ll Do:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide top-tier technical support—remote & in-person—via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across workstations, printers, phones, and tablets
- Assist with network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior IT pros
- Install, configure, and upgrade software, drivers, and maintenance tools
- Keep track of IT assets and ensure smooth IT operations across the company
- Document and track all IT support requests, resolutions, and interactions
- Prioritize and resolve tickets efficiently within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices
- Communicate technical solutions in a clear, user-friendly manner
- Work closely with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally
📌 Experience:
- 2 years in a Help Desk or IT support role
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools
- Experience with basic network troubleshooting
- Associate’s degree in IT or a related field OR relevant IT certifications (A , ITIL, Modern Desktop Admin, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Self-motivated and proactive in tackling IT challenges
