Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an experienced permit coordinator. This position will include tracking, monitoring and processing permits with local counties for HVAC, Plumbing or Gas related projects.

- The ability to communicate clearly (verbally and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Gas
- Attention to detail
- Accurate work production
- Ability to work independently
- Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual- English and Spanish
- Experience with county building permits
- Hourly pay
