Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has an opening Entry Level Purchasing Assistant.
Hours are M-F 7:30 AMto 4:00 PM.
Duties include but not limited to:

Duties include but not limited to:
- Creating and Tracking Purchase Orders
- Data Entry
- Scanning documents
- Receiving invoices
- Intercompany transfers
- Calling vendors for quotes, stock orders, or billing questions
- Creating and Organizing job files
- Filing
- You will be crossed trained with other departments as needed
- At least one year of experience in an office environment is required
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, clearly and professionally over the telephone, face to face and in written communications such as e-mails
- Must know how to use a computer
- Must be meticulous and willing to follow instructions exactly as they are given
- Experience inMicrosoft Excel and creating spreadsheets
- Must be a team player, and be willing to help out others when needed
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced workplace with tight deadlines
- Must be comfortable sitting behind a desk
- Accounting experience a plus
