Key Responsibilities :
- Execute a strategic sales plan to drive market penetration and achieve sales targets for our beer and hemp-based cannabis products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Provide top-notch customer service, resolving any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and educate customers on the features, benefits, and uses of both beer and cannabis beverages.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to retailers and distributors, showcasing the unique selling points of our products.
- Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and product updates.
- Manage and prioritize your territory, ensuring regular visits and follow-ups with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategize to grow the customer base.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Offer valuable feedback to marketing and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for the sale and distribution of alcohol and cannabis products.
