Duties
- Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, to guests on the course or designated area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of beverages and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while preparing and serving food items.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
