Must understand the scope, objectives, and roles of team members to effectively coordinate project activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage one or two small business projects or assist in a portion of a larger project from inception through implementation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project- related issues, communicating progress, changes, and concerns effectively to stakeholders and management.
- Define, develop, and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, in collaboration with Project Sponsors or business units.
- Support senior project managers on large and complex projects.
- Identify and assign resources, track tasks, and notify management of any resource constraints impacting timelines.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks across stakeholders.
- Facilitate project team and vendor meetings, promoting team development, collaboration, and skill building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, management, and vendors.
- Maintain and archive comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance audits.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, constraints, and issues to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education: High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
Preferred Education
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- CAPM certification or comparable project management certification.
- One year to three years of project management equivalent work experience.
- One year of financial industry work experience

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, complex business environment with minimal supervision.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
