The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant clients, laboratory personnel, or project team members.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant clients, laboratory personnel, or project team members.

- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Manage several programs simultaneously. We are looking for project managers that are capable of managing more than 5 programs at a time.
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Interact with clients regarding product development details and redirects, ingredient information, meeting schedules, and program updates.
- Collaborate with formulators and laboratory technicians on new innovative processes and ideas for hair care, skin care, and color cosmetic products.
- Organize laboratory sample scheduling to increase efficiency in the pending products’ formula approvals.
- Evaluate laboratory sample batches and provide feedback on performance and product expectations
- Create preliminary ingredient lists and marketing information on the pending items
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in project management and/or science background
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Passionate about the beauty space
- Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish
