Client Service Coordinator
Financial Services firm seeks full time Practice Manager/Client Service Coordinator in our Rocky Hill. CT office location. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00 pm.
Qualifications include superior verbal and written communication skills as well as a professional phone presence. Applicant must possess strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize business needs. Familiarity with business technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Advisor360, as well as the ability to quickly gain working knowledge of job-specific technology tools is a priority. Solid attention to detail and innate organizational skills are required to successfully navigate a large volume of incoming information and maintaining integrity of sensitive client data.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Prepare applications for investment and insurance clients
- Manage general client service requests
- Assisting in preparation of client presentations
- Documenting activity in firm CRM system
- Maintaining up-to-date client records in CRM system
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing
- Assist with creating client appreciate opportunities and marketing materials
