Overview : POSITION SUMMARY
The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with the team in order to establish technical standards for workstations and identifying areas for improvement. Capable of analyzing, migrating, and implementing computer applications, systems, and network configurations. Capable of designing, documenting and scripting complex new software deployments. Able to analyze business technology needs, come up with solutions and take such solutions to implementation. Monitor system performance
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Autopilot configuration and implementation
- Tanium Administration
Understand and able to properly administrate Deploy, Comply and Provision.
Creating and managing endpoint boundary groups across one or more distribution points
Configuration of WDS, configuration PXE, configuring VM build environment and integration with MDT and Tanium provision System
