Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and be able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Duties
Seeking a full-time and part-time employee at our office in Bayview, ID. Winter hours are 9-4, regular hours are 9-6
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks; answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence with customers
-Walk our docks daily; ensure boats and float homes are secure. This walk is around 3 miles long
- Provide communication and personal assistant support to managers as needed
- Fill out leases, enter customer billing information, process paperwork and follow up on collections if needed
- Assist with project coordination, follow-up on action items
- Greet visitors, direct them to locations in the marina
- Maintain the store retail space including inventory
-Other duties: occasionally fuel boats, prep marine vessels for rental, show and lease boat slips, make reservations for our RV park, cabins and motel
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel formulas is preferred.
- Attention to detail and an EXTREME LEVEL OF ACCURACY in work
- Maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
