At BayView Nursing & Rehab, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care that meets the unique needs of each resident. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with starting pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to base pay, we provide shift differentials for working certain hours.
- During the Week: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Base Rate $2.00 per hour), 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Base Rate $2.00 per hour)
- During the Weekend: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Base Rate $2.00 per hour), 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Base Rate $2.00 per hour), 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Base Rate $2.00 per hour)
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a CNA will include:
- Providing routine daily nursing care and services to residents
- Developing individualized care plans based on resident needs
- Collaborating with other caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Valid and active Georgia CNA certification in good standing REQUIRED
- Meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen
- Pass a criminal background check
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
