General Summary : Serves as the hub of communication for the entire community.
Essential Job Duties :
- Manages resident reservations (e.g., recreational activities, transportation, guest rooms, leave of absence, etc.).
- Attends training as assigned; completes Relias training on time every month.
- Run daily check-in reports and verify resident safety.
- Greets visitors and ensures proper check-in.
- Must be familiar with emergency procedures and able to assist in the event of an emergency evacuation.
- Directs delivery of parcels according to the policy (attached).
- Answers and routes all calls accordingly.
