Responsibilities

Product Knowledge : Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all insurance products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.
Client Education : Educate clients on various insurance options and assist them in selecting plans that best fit their individual requirements.
Networking : Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Follow-up : Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further inquiries or concerns.
Requirement
Education : High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
