What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busy Catering Kitchen Seeking Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager position at BB RIVERBOATS INC?
BB Riverboats is searching for a motivated sous chef/kitchen manager to join our kitchen team! You would be following and enforcing our Executive Chef's requirements and guidelines.
You would assist in preparation, execution & delivery of all hot & cold food in the operation.

Responsibilities:
- Assume the role as Executive Chef in her absence
- Direct food preparation and collaborate with executive chef
- Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order.
- Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating (when required) are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications.
