Hybrid In-Person/Remote Position (Part-Time)
Location: Derry, NH
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a versatile and proactive Administrative & Executive Assistant to support the CEO both personally and professionally. This role involves a mix of administrative, organizational, and personal tasks, requiring someone tech-savvy, resourceful, and highly adaptable. Position starts as part time (flexible) with hopes to expand role as time goes on.
Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Care for houseplants.
- Open, scan, and shred mail.
- Handle laundry (wash, dry, fold).
- Process online returns.
- Run errands as needed.
Executive Assistant / Admin:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s email inbox.
- Handle email communications and facilitate referral introductions on behalf of the CEO.
- Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar.
- Plan and coordinate travel and events, including booking and communication.
- Provide phone, text, and voicemail support as needed.
- Manage receipts and expenses.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including mailing, scanning, and digital organization.
- Support in preparation for weekly team meetings.
- Take and organize meeting notes, including transcribing recorded meetings.
- Provide sales & marketing support.
- Assist with project management.
- Update websites and forms using platforms like Canva.
- Research, set up, and optimize tools and processes (e.g., Keeper App, ClickUp, Slack).
- Support during annual 1099 processing.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the CEO in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Trustworthy and responsible, particularly when handling confidential information.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail with the ability to deal with a lot of diversion yet still get the tasks at hand completed in a timely manner is a must.
- A positive attitude and a "how can I help" approach.
Education, Experience, & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Business preferred.
- 1-3 years prior admin/exec assistant experience.
- Professional services industry experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and G- Suite
- Experience with ClickUp, Harvest, Slack, and Dropbox a plus
- Must have reliable vehicle

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
