Our client in Keene, NH, is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to help during an organizational transition!
Your qualifications for the Executive Administrative Assistant position are as follows :
Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration preferred
5 years recent / relevant administrative / executive assistant experience, previous support of Executive level role preferred
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and Word
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Experience working with a non-profit organization and board management
Understanding of meeting protocols, by-laws / minutes / motions
Professional verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills Benefits you will receive as the Executive Administrative Assistant :
Temporary Opportunity - potential for permanent for the right candidate
Part time 20-24 hours / week schedule – potential for increased hours
3-4 days per week during office hours 8am-4 : 30pm
25-$30 / hour depending on skills and experience For the Executive Administrative Assistant your duties will include :
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Manage calendar and maintain schedules for Executive staff
Provide administrative support to leadership
Take meeting minutes and distribute
Data entry
Coordinate meetings, arrange food, create agendas
Create correspondence such as letters and memos
