Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Manage mail, assist with policy tracking, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer additional support to agents and clients while identifying opportunities to promote services.
- Stay organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a Property & Casualty, Health & Life license (60-day window to obtain with our guidance).
- Strong communication skills – Ability to handle tough conversations with empathy.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities – You’ll juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and software applications.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
