Victory Auto Sales is seeking an accounts payable clerk / assistant to office manager. Job duties are paying bills for the companies, reconciling and paying monthly vendor statements, filing reports with state and local governments as needed, assisting with projects - including research, organization, purchasing supplies, overseeing that the office staff has all items needed to do their daily job, and helping the owner with special projects.
Must have knowledge of basic accounting, Quickbooks knowledge is helpful. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Gmail, and computer skills. Helpful if you have any knowledge of IT systems and the used car repair industry.
Pay ranges from $16/hour - $20/hour.
Job Type: Full-time
