We are in the process of expanding our team in Collierville, Tennessee, with a new role for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is situated within the industry, and will involve the individual to manage customer inquiries and applications, as well as maintain accurate customer records. Responsibilities:• Efficiently process customer credit applications while ensuring accuracy• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary• Handle account reconciliation tasks• Manage accounts payable (AP) and perform check runs• Code invoices and process them in a timely manner• Enter relevant data accurately• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks• Work with Oracle and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks• Handle SAP and general ledger tasks.
