BBP is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to focus on forging and nurturing long-term relationships while interpreting and recommending solutions to customers.
The Inside Sales rep is responsible for generating quotes, processing orders, and delivering top-notch customer support. This multifaceted position is at the core of our customer experience, ensuring our clients receive accurate information, timely service, and effective solutions to meet their needs.
Duties and responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:
- Acquire and maintain an advanced understanding of our Instrumentation products, ensuring seamless integration into client applications.
- Analyze and decode customer drawings and technical documents to suggest the most fitting solutions.
- Craft detailed proposals and quotes highlighting the superiority and applicability of BBP’s products.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance customer service, aiming for unparalleled customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Handle extensive customer engagements focusing on our technical products, ensuring every interaction is value-driven.
- Cultivate and reinforce connections with essential vendors to augment sales efforts.
Education
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related scientific disciplines from an accredited institution preferred.
- Candidates with 3-5 years of pertinent industry experience are also welcome to apply.
- Previous exposure to Instrumentation will be an added advantage, although it's not a strict requirement.
Skills
- Proficiency in customer service and inside sales with an instinct for understanding requirements, problem-solving, and delivering prompt results.
- Demonstrated organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
