About the Role
The Regional Head of Procurement NAFTA will direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in regional Procurement departments (USA, Mexico). This includes creating and maintaining strong supplier relationships, including regularly scheduled audits of approved suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for NAFTA, ensuring alignment with global strategies and supporting business objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery, and service levels meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of Procurement / Supply Chain Management experience, with at least 5 years in the manufacturing or automation / special machinery industry.
