Position Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on business-to-business sales of structural steel products and includes both base pay and commission opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience (steel sales preferred), with training available for those with less experience. For senior candidates, an option for a commission-based structure is available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell steel pipe, tube, and roll-formed products to business clients
- Generate leads and seek new business opportunities through cold-calling
- Maintain strong client relationships and proactively follow up on accounts
- Master product knowledge, including specifications, pricing, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
- Regularly update and organize sales records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Remain informed on market factors affecting pricing and product availability
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 years of sales experience (steel product sales preferred), 3-5 years of sales experience (base pay commission)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
- Motivation: Driven to achieve sales targets, make cold calls, and earn commissions
