DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Grow and maintain high satisfaction ratings among clients and employees.
- Manage client expectations and serve as an advocate for BBSI.
- Hire, develop and manage a team of recruiters.
- Create, steer and evolve a recruitment strategy that anticipates the needs of our business while growing in scale and efficiency over time.
- Extensively prescreen and interview qualifying candidates on behalf of clients.
- Support and collaborate with the team to communicate prospect activity, requirements and demand timing.
- Develop a successful sales strategy and execution plan.
- Build professional relationships with recruiters and consultants.
- Work to diversify revenue via varied placement workstreams (direct hire, temporary to permanent placement, permanent temporary placement, permanent placement and horizontal / vertical).
- Achieve quotas and revenue requirements to meet the business plan by consistently creating new customers.
- Manage pricing and markups.
- Maintain a balanced portfolio of business prospects and sales conversions in alignment with the company’s goals, plans, rates and markups.
- Maintain documentation of all sales activity in the company’s CRM software.
- Attend community and industry association meetings, events and tradeshows to promote the BBSI brand, becoming a subject matter expert on local trends and recruiting opportunities.
- Improve hiring systems while ensuring a positive experience for candidates by approaching work abstractly and creatively.
- Make decisions, build strategies and manage teams using analytical tools.
- Analyze and report performance metrics.
- Communicate exceptions to the approved business plan.
- Help build a fun and productive environment while creating and serving customers.
- Perform other duties as needed pertaining to BBSI’s staffing operations including supporting the Area Manager in daily operations.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The starting salary range for this position $90 - $100k per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Assist with annual 401k plan audits and filing requirements
Assist with annual Open Enrollment planning and completion
Ad hoc duties and special projects including research, system testing and implementation, process documentation and cross-training
Other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned

Strong attention to detail and proven abilities in analysis and problem solving
Ability to compile large amounts of data from multiple excel spreadsheets

Ability to work in a team environment providing in-depth analysis and recommendations using critical thinking and sound judgment
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
At least 2 years of experience working in employee retirement benefits, preferably with multi-state knowledge
Comprehension of state and federal laws
HRIS administration experience
Working knowledge of the legal requirements applicable to retirement and welfare benefits
Broad range of analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to collect, reconcile, analyze and summarize data into reports.
Salary and Other Compensation :
The starting hourly rate for this position is between $26.50-28.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for annual incentive pay equal to 5% of annual regular pay, prorated in the first year, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
