Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coat Metal Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will apply powder coatings to a variety of materials to achieve high-quality, durable finishes. This role involves preparing surfaces, operating equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Pay Rate : $18.00-$20.00hr
Shift : We Have Various Shifts Available! DAY SHIFT, SWING SHIFT(With an additional $3.50 add!), & GRAVESHIFT!
Day Shift Schedule : Monday- Friday 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm With a ½ lunch
Swing Shift Schedule : (To Be Announced)
Grave Shift Schedule : (To Be Announced)
Key Responsibilities :
- Application :
- Apply powder coating to metal parts using electrostatic spray guns.
- Ensure proper coating thickness and coverage according to specifications.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired results.
- Quality Control :
- Inspect coated parts for defects, including inconsistent coverage, runs, or overspray.
- Conduct tests to ensure coating durability, adhesion, and finish quality.
- Maintenance & Safety :
- Perform routine maintenance on coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Preparation & Setup :
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sandblasting, or applying primer as needed.
- Set up and calibrate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, and ovens.

Working Conditions :
Dress / Equipment : Close-toe shoes, jeans, t-shirt. Safety equipment is provided, and must be worn at all times!
