Shift :  Monday - Friday 7 : 30 AM - 4 PM

Pay Rate :  $18.50

Position Summary :  The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining upper or lower-limb prosthetics. In this role, every day is an opportunity to directly help someone. This position requires multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a ‘customer first’ attitude.

Responsibilities :

• Repairs calibrates, and maintains upper or lower prosthetics.
• Performs component testing protocols for quality assurance.
• Provides technical assistance to customers regarding repair issues, estimates, product knowledge, and compatibilities.
• Offers guidance to customers on repair decisions.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
• Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently, and develops realistic action plans.
• Shows dependability by being able to work on time and planning requests for time off ahead of schedule.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Promotes and personally observes safety procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications :

Dress Code :  Casual warehouse. Long pants, close-toed shoes
