What You’ll Be Doing
· You’ll lead from the front to ensure projects are executed flawlessly.
· Operate grading equipment, excavators, and rollers with precision and confidence.
· Read and lay out grading plans like a pro to set the foundation for project success.
· Motivate, supervise, and guide your crew to smash deadlines and exceed expectations.
· Tackle challenges on-site and come up with effective solutions in real time.

Qualifications/Requirements:
· 3 years of experience as a Construction Foreman specifically in grading projects
· Hands-on expertise with grading equipment, blueprints, and project layout.
· Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish a must
· A proven track record of successfully managing and inspiring crews.
· Willingness to travel to various project sites across Southern California.
Salary : $34 - $36
