Work Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00AM to 4 : 30PM – (4X10 Shift)
BBSI has partnered with a well-established plastic injection molding company in Ontario, CA. We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Lead Technician to support and guide our dedicated team to the next level.
Job Summary :
The Plastic Injection Molding Lead will monitor our machines, oversee production, manage molds, and optimize efficiency. Requiring strong leadership, molding experience, and bilingual Spanish skills.
Duties
- Responsible for supervising, leading machine operators, overseeing inventory of molds, making mold changes, setting up new plastic runs, and overall production to meet order demands.
- Work to improve operational efficiencies through 5S and Lean manufacturing.
- Responsible for maintaining production supplies to Packer / Handlers
- Coordinate and give breaks (lunch) to Packer / Handlers
- Oversee housekeeping and safety standards in the Molding Department
- Exhibit leadership skills, develop and apply training skills, use problem-solving abilities to handle situations that may arise in the workplace, motivate and communicate with Packer / Handlers
