Machine Operation & Production
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Remove finished parts from molds efficiently, minimizing downtime between cycles.
Quality Control
- Perform **visual inspections of parts to identify defects (e.g., cracks, warping, incomplete fills).
- Trim excess plastic using hand tools or equipment to meet dimensional requirements.
- Document defects and report recurring issues to supervisors for resolution.
Efficiency & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation to ensure safety and productivity.
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements (safety glasses, gloves, etc.).
- Meet daily production targets while adhering to quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle defects in products.
Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 35 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written/verbal instructions.
- Competitive hourly wage ($17.50/hour)
