Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Starting time will shift to 6:00 AM soon)
Pay Rate:$18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Ground Picker. This role involves efficiently picking, packing, and shipping ground orders. The ideal candidate will be committed to accuracy and will play an important role in ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship ground orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all orders are processed and ready for timely delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and follow proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily objectives
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines
