What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Picker position at MSI?
Summary: The Picker will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties. This may include picking, checking, packaging, and restocking of merchandise with proper warehouse industrial equipment.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with alternative Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $19 to $22 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $45,000 and $55,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for picking, packaging, checking merchandise, put-away, and loading pallets.
- Operate industrial warehouse equipment such as: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-down or Stand-up Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, and other equipment as assigned.
- Restock items and conduct inventory.
- Repackage and re-palletize the tile product on the ground or in the racks.
- Complete daily equipment checklist prior to operating any industrial lifts.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- High School Education preferred.
- Two (2) plus years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Industrial Warehouse Equipment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of using a computer or tablet is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
