Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and other documents to perform detailed quantity takeoffs for concrete flatwork.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate and competitive project bids.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather and validate pricing and scope of work.
- Support the estimating process by identifying potential risks and value-engineering opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, bids, and project takeoffs for future reference.
- Ensure all estimates and takeoffs align with company standards and project goals.
