About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office/Project Manager to support our company operations by maintaining efficient office systems and procedures. The successful candidate will have 5 years as an Office Manager in the Construction industry, ability to read plans, bilingual Spanish, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and experience with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
• Monitors the status of existing projects and assists with coordination as needed.
• Prepares payroll online and submits after approval by CEO.
• Manages the company banking accounts.
• Completes filing of documents and paperwork.
• Reviews vendor invoices and prepares payments.
• Answers calls and emails from customers and clients and directs them to relevant staff.
• Monitors office supplies and places orders when appropriate.
• Manages training of new employees and organizes their employment paperwork.
• Maintains the company's social media accounts and profiles.
• Manages company correspondence-mail, email, etc.
Requirements
• 5 years as an Office Manager in the Construction industry.
• Ability to read plans.
• Bilingual Spanish.
