We are looking for a passionate Senior Regional Director to join our Eastern Region team and make a difference. As a Senior Regional Director, you'll play a pivotal role in growing membership, training regional and chapter teen leaders, deepening support for BBYO in the Eastern community, and leading organization-wide initiatives that produce meaningful, Jewish experiences for Jewish teens. Alongside your team, you'll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world.
SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF
As a Senior Regional Director, your responsibilities will include :
- Managing staff and teens to implement a calendar of impactful, high quality, fun and dynamic programs.
- Mentoring teens and providing leadership training throughout the school year.
- Recruiting and training a team of volunteer advisors.
- Building a robust member recruitment process that expands the pipeline of prospects, aligns stakeholders, and prepares teens to invite other teens to join BBYO.
- Coordinating large scale regional conventions and community-wide events.
- Managing and balancing a major programmatic budget and contracts.
- Seeking out and cultivating relationships with parents, alumni and community partners to mobilize more people to grow and support BBYO
- Participating in organizational projects, teams, and summer programs as assigned to expand the movement and strengthen teen leadership.
- Attending summer camp (but this time you're in charge!) as you lead teen leadership programs.
- Flexing your creative muscles by executing new and noteworthy programming.
- Analyzing and utilizing data to drive decision making.
- Global thinking as you work with an international team across organizational and geographical boundaries.
- Connecting BBYO to the greater Eastern community.
- Assist with fundraising efforts and relationship building across multiple communities.

Salary Range : $68,000-$78,000
