Master Technician

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with expertise in both gasoline and diesel engines. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can diagnose complex issues, perform repairs, and ensure that all vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and chassis related issues.
• As a master technician we won't waste your time with oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Your time is more valuable than that.
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately.
• Align vehicles to manufacturer specifications. Hunter Equipment in house
• ADAS knowledge is a (Full Autel ADAS Package in Shop)
• Collaborate with service technicians to provide guidance on complex repairs.
• Organize workflow with Advisors to meet customer expectations
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. We will talk about classes as they are presented by vendors in the area. Maintain your ASE certs.
• You must have a clean driving record as test driving all vehicles after repair is required.

Experience

• Proven experience as a mechanic or service technician in the automotive industry.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and automotive repair standards.
• Experience using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and alignment machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• ASE Master Automotive Technician Certification (Preferred)
• ASE Certification (Preferred)
