The Company is looking for a dynamic Chief Academic Officer to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing instructional programs and services that respond to the needs of our students and the community. Key Responsibilities Include

The ideal candidate will possess an earned doctoral degree and a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in academic affairs. Candidates should demonstrate a robust background in strategic program planning, outcomes assessment, and workforce education, with an emphasis on the integration of technology in educational programs. Exceptional leadership, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a collective bargaining environment are essential.
