The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in leading multi-site clinical operations, with a preference for those with backgrounds in ASC or eye care practice management. Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team are required.
A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is mandatory, while a Master's degree is highly preferred.
