As a Real Estate Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environment of the property, as well as optimizing the financial performance, to position this property as a top performer in the competitive market.

As a Real Estate Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environment of the property, as well as optimizing the financial performance, to position this property as a top performer in the competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Ensure to consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff.
- Responsible to manage financial aspects of the property inclusive of collections and budgeting.
- Administer marketing plans and property showings to increase occupancy.
- Develop high-quality on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
- Coordinate proper maintenance to enhance the physical attractiveness of the property.
- A minimum of 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid operator's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
