The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, solutions-based deal maker, and a collaborative business partner with a proven track record in sponsorship marketing sales. Candidates for the Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or master's equivalent preferred, and at least 10-12 years' of experience in sponsorship / partnership marketing sales. A strong background in securing six and seven-figure multi-year deals, particularly with international brands, is required.
