The role requires strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and to represent the company with professionalism and honesty. The VP will also be expected to collect and analyze data on DEIB initiatives, prepare reports for the executive team, and provide coaching to staff to promote cultural competence and allyship.
