Job Overview

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive patient experiences by providing exceptional customer service and support within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize computerized systems to input and maintain patient data accurately
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining databases
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing and typing documents
  • Conduct basic math calculations as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate data collection
  • Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Create and manage pivot tables for data analysis

Experience

  • Proficiency in computerized systems and databases
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately
  • Basic math skills for calculations
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage workload effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
