- Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling
- Process orders and maintain accurate records
- Utilize databases to retrieve patient information
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Transcribe medical information accurately
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team
- Maintain organized and detailed customer records
Experience
- Proficiency in basic math skills for order entry purposes
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with Excel for data entry and tracking purposes
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience transcribing medical information is a plus
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with databases for retrieving and updating patient information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
