Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
- Utilize various software systems such as Epic and Meditech for data entry
- Manage medical scheduling and appointments
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette at all times
Skills
- Proficient in typing with high accuracy
- Familiarity with medical office management practices
- Ability to inhale new information quickly and apply it effectively
- Experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
