Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry representative. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers while accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries or issues
- Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into the database
- Maintain and update customer records as needed
- Assist in coding and organizing medical records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experience
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology such as geriatrics, X-ray, medical-surgical, and Level II Trauma Center
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient environments is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and using various systems for record keeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
