About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll orchestrate and oversee the successful execution of corporate meetings from start to finish. You're Good At

• Managing and executing comprehensive meeting plans and budgets
• Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Negotiating with suppliers to ensure top-notch service and value
• Delivering exceptional on-site support and coordination
• Adhering to compliance standards and reporting requirements

You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor's degree, ideally with five years of meeting/program planning experience
• Proficiency in Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
• A background in domestic and international group travel and meetings
• Experience in the travel industry, particularly in pharmaceuticals or life sciences
• A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Support is between $40-45 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
