Position Title: Accounts Receivable /Billing - Remote Job

Location: Ronan, MT (Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 months contract (Possibility of extension)

Job Type: Remote Job

Pay range: $23 to $24/hr

Job Description:

The Billing Specialist needs to have strong customer service skills and must be able to form good relationships with customers and stakeholders. He or she needs to be able to work independently and be skilled in basic computer software (such as the Microsoft Office suite).

Responsibilities:

• Use relevant software programs for processing invoices and recording data
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform any back-up duties as needed with the billing team and be able to support that team with project-based assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year experience in accounting
