BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Clerical Associate for an opportunity located in Chicago, IL 60603

Position Title:  Clerical Associate 

Location: Chicago, IL 60603

Expected Duration: 4 Months contract with possible extension.

Pay Rate : $20.00 to $24.14 per hour on W2

Onsite Job 

work schedule : 7:30 am - 4:00 pm 

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). 

Qualifications:

• Act as liaison for Trust and Estates and Operations Teams to obtain and redirect client instructions as appropriate.

• Anticipate challenges and implement solutions in order to manage the expectations of the internal business partners for a positive client experience.

• Strong aptitude to research client documentation to review documents.

• Perform verification for work processed by team members to identify/resolve data issues.

• Act as the escalation point for issues, which involves working with business partners to resolve inquires, investigate issues and develop a satisfactory response to the clients concerns.

• Performing clerical duties filing and scanning documents

• Researching statements utilizing microfiche machine
