Customer Service RepresentativeBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Knoxville TN 37777 (Local Remote) Position Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Knoxville TN 37777 (Local Remote)Anticipated Start Date: April 28, 2025Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 17 months contract (Possible Extension)Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Remote - Local to Knoxville TNPay Range: $17 - $17.77/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). The Migration Manager will be responsible for research across Client systems to identify possible Customer contacts for a migration location.
Analyze external information sources as well as cross reference Client system data to make contact determination.
Work with decision makers to inform them of the migration effort and obtain agreement to schedule dates for Site survey or Equipment installation or Customer access migration. Coordinate with Client network organization, vendors, and Customer to drive successful migrations. Required Qualifications HS Diploma or GED required
Standard English communication skills written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
Basic telecom industry knowledge
Basic PC MS Office application knowledge
Prefer 6 months experience in telecom accepting finance or tech industry experience.
